Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of servant leadership, perceived organizational support, organizational justice on teacher performance. The object is this research is the teacher of SMK Islam Said Naum. The sample used is 44 teachers’. The sampling method uses sampling jenuh. The methods of data collection using survey method, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method using Partial Least Square. The study proves that: 1) servant leadership has a positive effect on teachers’ performance. 2) perceived organizational support has a positive effect on teachers’ performance. 3) organizational justice has a positive effect on teachers’ performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh servant leadership, persepsi dukungan organisasi, keadilan organisasi terhadap kinerja guru. Objek penelitian adalah guru SMK Islam Said Naum. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 44 guru. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey dengan instrument penelitian berupa kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa: 1) servant leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru. 2) persepsi dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru. 3) keadilan organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru.
