Abstract

Waroeng Spesial Sambal "SS" is a restaurant with its main mainstay menu is a variety of sambal menu variants, various side dishes, various vegetables and typical Indonesian food dishes. Waroeng Spesial Sambal “SS” at the age of 16 years, wants to add branches in the Jabotabek area. The right choice of location is expected by the company. The locations reviewed included three locations, namely Tebet, Cibubur and Kelapa Gading areas. To reduce the risk of errors in selecting one of the three locations, it is important to objectively select locations. The method for making decisions in determining the location of opening new branches in this study uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Method. AHP is a decision making process using a hierarchical structure with several criteria where each criterion is an assessment factor in comparing between candidate locations with each other. Data sources were obtained through interviews and filling out questionnaires from five respondents. Through the calculation using the AHP method, from the 3 alternative alternative locations planned, the location that gets the highest assessment weight is the tebet location, with a value of 0.52. This shows that the Tebet location is the right location to open a new branch to the 16th Waroeng Spesial Sambal "SS" in the Jabotabek Area management work area. Waroeng Spesial Sambal “SS” merupakan sebuah rumah makan dengan menu andalan utamanya adalah aneka varian menu sambal, aneka lauk, aneka sayuran dan minuman khas makanan nusantara. Waroeng Spesial Sambal SS dalam usianya yang ke 16 tahun, ingin menambah cabangnya di wilayah Jabotabek. Pemilihan lokasi yang tepat sangat diharapkan oleh perusahaan. Lokasi yang ditinjau meliputi tiga lokasi yaitu wilayah Tebet, Cibubur dan Kelapa Gading. Untuk mengurangi resiko kesalahan dalam memilih salah satu dari ketiga lokasi tersebut, maka penting melakukan seleksi lokasi secara objektif. Metode untuk mengambil keputusan dalam penentuan lokasi pembukaan cabang baru dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP merupakan proses pengambilan keputusan dengan menggunakan struktur hirarki dengan beberapa kriteria dimana masing-masing kriteria merupakan faktor penilaian dalam membandingkan antar calon lokasi satu dengan yang lainya. Sumber data didapatkan melalui wawancara dan pengisian kuesioner dari lima responden. Melalui perhitungan dengan metode AHP maka dari 3 pilihan lokasi alternatif yang direncanakan, lokasi yang mendapatkan bobot penilaian tertinggi adalah lokasi tebet, dengan nilai 0,52. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa lokasi Tebet merupakan lokasi yang tepat untuk membuka cabang baru yang ke 16 waroeng Spesial Sambal “SS” di wilayah kerja manajemen Area Jabotabek Kata Kunci: waroeng spesial sambal “SS”, lokasi cabang baru, AHP.
