Abstract

PT. Krakatau Argo Logistics Is a company engaged in logistics and transportation, in the process of work can not be separated from problems related to the effectiveness of heavy equipment caused by six big losses. Therefore, effective and efficient steps in maintaining heavy equipment are needed to overcome and prevent these problems. This study uses the Overall Equipment Effectiveness measurement method, analysis of Six Big Losses calculations and causal diagrams to look for existing problems and provide solutions to fix those problems. The results of the study show that Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) has not met the target base determined by the company. The biggest factors that affect the low effectiveness are reduced speed losses, both Idling & Minor Stoppages, third Rework losses and the four breakdown losses. Reduced speed losses and breakdown losses are generally caused by human factors and maintenance systems that are not suitable so that the proposed corrective action is the implementation of Maintenance Autonomy in accordance with the Total Productivity Maintenance concept. Krakatau Argo Logistics Merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang logistics dan transportasi, dalam proses pekerjaan tidak terlepas dari masalah yang berhubungan dengan efektivitas alat berat yang diakibatkan oleh six big losses. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan langkah – langkah efektif dan efisien dalam pemeliharaan alat berat untuk menanggulangi dan mencegah masalah tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengukuran Overall Equipment Effectiveness, analisis perhitungan Six Big Losses dan diagram sebab akibat untuk mencari masalah yang ada dan memberikan solusi perbaikan masalah tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) belum memenuhi base target yang ditentukan oleh perusahaan. Faktor terbesar yang mempengaruhi rendahnya efektivitas adalah reduced speed losses, kedua Idling & Minor Stoppages, ketiga Rework losses dan ke empat breakdown losses. Reduced speed losses dan breakdown losses umumnya disebabkan oleh faktor manusia dan sistem perawatan yang belum sesuai sehingga tindakan perbaikan yang diusulkan adalah penerapan Autonomus Maintenance sesuai konsep Total Productivity Maintenance.
