Abstract

This study discusses how the influence of supply chain management on the performance of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Makassar, which is then to find out the effects that occur between information sharing, long term relationships, cooperation, process integration, and the performance of UMKM in Makassar. Data was obtained through a survey in Makassar City, South Sulawesi by distributing questionnaires to the UMKM of Wood Crafts registered in the UMKM and Cooperative Service in Makassar with 135 UMKM Wood Crafts. The sampling technique uses the maximum likely estimation technique, while the analysis tool uses the Structural Equation Method (SEM) analysis. The results of the study show that Information sharing and Process integration have an influence on the performance of the UMKM supply chain management in Makassar, while the Long term relationship and Cooperation have no influence on the UMKM management supply chain performance in Wood Crafts in Makassar. Keywords : Operational Management, Supply Chain Management, corporate performance, UMKM Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana pengaruh supply chain management terhadap kinerja Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah Kerajinan Kayu di Makassar, yang selanjutnya untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang terjadi antara information sharing, long term relationship, cooperation, process integration, dan kinerja UMKM Kerajinan Kayu di Makassar. Data diperoleh melalui survey di Kota Makassar Sulawesi Selatan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada para UMKM Kerajinan Kayu yang terdaftar di Dinas UMKM dan Koperasi di Makassar sejumlah 135 UMKM Kerajinan Kayu. Teknik pengambilan sampling menggunakan teknik maximum likelyhood estimation, sedangkan alat analisis menggunakan analisa Structural Equation Method (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Information sharing dan Process integration memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja supply chain manajemen UMKM Kerajinan Kayu di Makassar, sedangkan untuk Long term relationship dan Cooperation tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja supply chain manajemen UMKM Kerajinan Kayu di Makassar Kata kunci : Manajemen Operasional, Supply Chain Management, Kinerja Perusahaan, UMKM
