Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Person Organization Fit, Organizatioon Culture on Turnover Intention with Organizational Citizenship Behavior as intervening variabel at a Non-Profit Organization. The technique of collecting data is in form of questionnaire by using ordinal scale. This research was conducted on 65 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach and hypothesis testing. For that, the method of data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test. The results of this study show that partially and simultaneously, Person Organization Fit variabel, Negative and Significant Influences of the Organization’s Culture on Turnover Intention mediated by Organizational Citizenship Behavior in a Non-Profit Organization. Thus, the result of this research concludes that there are simultaneous influences between the variables. Keywords: Person Organization Fit, Organizatioon Culture, Turnover Intention, Organizational Citizenship Behavior as intervening variabel, Non-Profit Organization Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Person Organization Fit, Budaya Organisasi terhadap Turnover Intention dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior sebagai variabel intervening pada Organisasi Nirlaba. Teknik pengumpulan data berbentuk kuisioner dengan menggunakan skala ordinal. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 65 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan pengujian hipotesis. Untuk itu, metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel Person Organization Fit, Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention dengan dimediasi oleh Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada Organisasi Nirlaba. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh simultan antara variable. Kata Kunci: Person Organization Fit, Budaya Organisasi, Turnover Intention, Organizational Citizenship Behavior sebagai variabel intervening, Organisasi Nirlaba .
