Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leverage, profitability and firm size on firm value as measured by Price to Book Value (PBV) in State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the research period of 2013-2017. In this study using a total of 65 samples from 13 state-owned enterprises that meet the criteria. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling method. The statistical method used to test this research is a multiple regression model. The results of this study indicate that the influence of the characteristics of companies that are promoted with leverage and profitability has a positive effect on the value of the company as measured by Price to Book Value (PBV) while the results of the firm size variable does not affect the value of the company as measured by Price to Book Value (PBV). Keywords: Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Assets, Size, Price to Book Value Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh leverage, profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan yang diukur dengan Price to Book Value (PBV) pada perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan periode penelitian tahun 2013-2017. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sebanyak 65 sampel dari 13 Perusahaan BUMN yang memenuhi kriteria. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode purposive sampling. Metode statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji penelitian ini adalah model regresi berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh karakteristik perusahan yang diprosikan dengan leverage dan profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan yang diukur dengan Price to Book Value (PBV) sedangkan hasil dari variabel ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan yang diukur dengan Price to Book Value (PBV).
