Abstract
This study aims to analyze the revitalization of the traditional Cengkareng market in Jakarta. This type of research is qualitative. The technique of collecting data is by observation, interview and documentation review. Data analysis techniques using qualitative descriptive. The results of this study indicate that, of the variable number of results are categorized as ineffective, due to the existence of work that is not realized and in terms of circulation the existence of a coordination room that is utilized by traders to sell. From the variable level of satisfaction obtained is categorized as ineffective, the size of the accommodation is very limited and the availability of adequate facilities is not yet available. Therefore, with the existence of this research, it is expected to provide the best solution in overcoming the problem. That is, it can provide the concept of circulation patterns and spatial planning in the market that provide convenience to users or visitors to the market unit. Keyword: Effectiveness, Circulation, Market, Spatial, Zoning Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas revitalisasi pasar tradisional Cengkareng di Jakarta. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara serta telaah dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, dari variabel jumlah hasil dikategorikan tidak efektif, disebabkan karena adanya pekerjaan yang tidak terealisasi dan dari segi sirkulasi adanya pemanfaatan ruang koridor yang di manfaatkan oleh pedagang untuk berjualan. Dari variabel tingkat kepuasan yang diperoleh dikategorikan tidak efektif, disebabkan ukuran lods sangat sempit dan belum tersedianya sarana yang memadai. Oleh karena itu dengan adanya penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi terbaik dalam mengatasi permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut. Yaitu dapat memberikan konsep pola sirkulasi dan tata ruang dalam pasar yang memberikan kenyamanan kepada pengguna atau pengunjung unit pasar tersebut.
