Abstract

Green building is currently being an important issue in Indonesia’s development. The green building concept for development should apply the environmental principles, start from design, construction, operation, and management. As time has emerged certified Green Building in Indonesia. Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI) as a certification body has issued a Existing Building GREENSHIP Version 1.1 as a guide to green building assessment criteria for Existing buildings. One of the criteria that assessed is Appropriate Web Development (ASD). The criteria contained in 7 subcriteria which have 16 points maximum.These subcriteri are,site selection, community accessibility, motor vehicle reduction, site landscaping, heat island effect, storm water management, site management, building neighbourhood. This study was conducted to determine how ASD criteria applied at Yadika 1 dan 2 Tegal Alur School, by measuring the object based on GREENSHIP EB Version 1.1 rating tools. From the results of the study, Yadika 1 and 2 Tegal Alur School earns 5 points out of a total 16 points, or approximately 31.25% rating level for ASD. This baseline points get from some sub criteria such as community accessibility, heat island effect, building neighbourhood. In addition to rating, this study also gives recommendations output for compliance to maximize the points based on predetermined benchmark. Keywords:Green Building, GREENSHIP, Appropriate Site Development (ASD) Green building atau bangunan ramah lingkungan saat ini sedang menjadi isu penting dalam pembangunan di Indonesia. Pembangunan berkonsep green building harus menerapkan prinsip lingkungan mulai dari perancangan, pembangunan, pengoperasian, dan pengelolaannya. Seiring waktu, telah muncul Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI) sebagai lembaga sertifikasi yang mengeluarkan Existing Building Greenship versi 1.1 sebagai panduan penilaian Green Building untuk bangunan terbangun. Salah satu Kriteria Penilaian diantaranya adalah Appropriate Site Development (ASD). Kriteria tersebut mempunyai 7 sub kriteria yang memiliki 16 poin maksimal.. subkriteria tersebut diantaranya, community accessibility, motor vehicle reduction, site landscaping, heat island effect, storm water management, site management, building neighbourhood. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kriteria ASD diterapkan di sekolah Yadika 1 dan 2 Tegal Alur, dengan mengukur objek berdasarkan GREENSHIP EB Version 1.1 rating tools. Dari hasil penelitian, sekolah Yadika 1 dan 2 Tegal Alur mendapatkan 5 poin dari total 16 poin atau 31.25% nilai untuk ASD. Poin tersebut didapat dari beberapa sub kriteria diantaranya community accessibility, heat island effect, building neighbourhood. Selain penilaian, penelitian ini juga memberikan rekomendasi untuk memaksimalkan poin berdasarkan tolok ukur yang telah ditentukan.
