Abstract

The image of the company is needed because the existence of a positive image will determine the success and sustainability of a company. Development of travel services PT. Bayu Buana Tbk in Jakarta is increasing, making many service companies do various ways to compete with other competitors. This is a concern especially for Public Relations of PT. Bayu Buana Tbk Jakarta to enhance a positive corporate image through. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The object of this research was conducted at PT. Bayu Buana Tbk Jakarta. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques by conducting interviews, observation, and documentation related to research. Data analysis techniques use Interactive Models of Analysis. While the data validity technique uses data triangulation method. The conclusion that can be drawn from this study, Public Relations of PT. Bayu Buana Tbk Jakarta is here in enhancing corporate image by conducting programs and promotional activities by providing various information about all matters related to travel services and always providing the best for consumers. Because in improving the image of the company so that it is still seen as positive and good in the public eye is something that is very important for the sustainability of a company itself. Keywords: Strategy, Public Relations, Corporate Image Citra dari perusahaan sangat diperlukan sebab dengan adanya citra yang positif akan menentukan kesuksesan dan keberlanjutan sebuah perusahaan. Perkembangan jasa travel PT. Bayu Buana Tbk di Jakarta semakin meningkat, sehingga membuat banyak perusahaan jasa melakukan berbagai cara agar dapat bersaing dengan kompetitor lainnya. Hal ini yang menjadi perhatian khususnya Public Relations PT. Bayu Buana Tbk Jakarta untuk meningkatkan corporate image yang positif. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Objek penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Bayu Buana Tbk Jakarta. Pengambilan sample dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Interaktif Models of Analysis. Sedangkan teknik validitas data menggunakan metode triangulasi data. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari penelitian ini, Public Relations PT. Bayu Buana Tbk Jakarta disini dalam meningkatkan corporate image dengan melakukan program dan kegiatan promosinya dengan memberikan beragam informasi tentang segala hal yang berkaitan dengan jasa travel dan selalu memberikan yang terbaik bagi para konsumen. Sebab dalam meningkatkan citra perusahaan agar tetap dipandang positif dan baik dimata publik merupakan sesuatu hal yang sangat penting demi keberlanjutan sebuah perusahaan itu sendiri.
