Abstract
This research is to know the influence of training activities and motivation to employee performance in sales division PT. Banten West Java. The object of this research is the employees who work on the sales division PT. Banten West Java. This research was conducted on 30 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously, the variables of training activities and motivation to employee performance in sales division PT. Banten West Java. This is evidenced from the results of simultaneous tests (F test) and partial test results (t test) also shows significant value of three independent variables that support the hypothesis. The result of this research stated that there is influence simultaneously between training activities variable motivation on employee performance at sales division PT. Banten West Java. Keywords: training, motivation and employee performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kegiatan pelatihan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Divisi Sales PT. Banten West Java. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan divisi sales yang bekerja pada PT. Banten West Java. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 30 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel kegiatan pelatihan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan divisi sales PT. Banten West Java. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (uji t) juga menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari dua variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel kegiatan pelatihan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan divisi sales pada PT. Banten West Java. Kata Kunci: pelatihan, motivasi, kinerja karyawan.
