Abstract
Videography is one of the areas focused on multimedia retrieval and processing technique of moving images or video. Tools record moving images is one of the newest technologies in the field of videography namely video camera. The camera is moved manually can cause unstable image results due to human error factor and the camera will be hard-driven because of limitations in the set speed and the position of the movement. A solution to overcome the need for systems that can control the camera automatically uses a command, therefore the author makes a study entitled "Governing Architecture WEB-based Video camera Movement". The design of controlling the movement of the camera tool uses input from a web application is created in notepad ++ that can send commands to the microcontroller as the main system processor ATMega2560. DC motor control microcontroller type low speed in order to move in accordance with the direction and the speed that is set up on the web. The results of this research is the camera can move to the right, left, top and bottom with the speed varies according the orders given by the web. Keywords: Cameras, Ethernet, Web, ATMega2560, DC Motor Videografi merupakan salah satu bidang multimedia yang terfokus pada teknik pengambilan dan pengolahan gambar bergerak atau video. Alat rekam gambar bergerak merupakan salah satu teknologi terbaru dalam bidang videografi yaitu kamera video. Kamera yang digerakkan secara manual dapat menyebabkan hasil gambar yang tidak stabil karena adanya faktor human error dan kamera akan sulit digerakkan karena keterbatasan dalam mengatur kecepatan dan posisi gerakan. Solusi untuk mengatasi hal tersebut adalah perlunya sistem yang dapat menggerakan kamera secara otomatis menggunakan suatu perintah, oleh karena itu penulis membuat penelitian yang berjudul “Rancang Bangun Pengendali Pergerakan Kamera Video Berbasis WEB”. Perancangan alat pengendali pergerakan kamera menggunakan input dari web yang dibuat dalam aplikasi notepad++ yang dapat mengirimkan perintah ke mikrokontroler ATMega2560 sebagai pemroses utama sistem. Mikrokontroler akan mengendalikan motor DC jenis low speed agar dapat bergerak sesuai dengan arah dan kecepatan yang telah diatur pada web. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kamera dapat bergerak ke arah kanan, kiri, atas dan bawah dengan kecepatan yang bervariasi sesuai perintah yang diberikan oleh web.
