Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, stress of work and motivation against The Employee Performance on the Environment Department of West Jakarta Administration City. The data collecting technique is in questionnaire form by using interval scale. This research was conducted on 56 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach and hypothesis testing. For that reason, the method of data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test. The results of this study show that partially and simultaneously, the job satisfaction, stress of work and work motivation influence on employee performance On The Environment Office of West Jakarta Administration City. Therefore the test results of this study states that there is a simultaneous influence between the variable job satisfaction, stress of work and work motivation Against Employee Performance on the Environment Department of West Jakarta Administration City. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Stress of Work and Motivation, Employee Performance at West Jakarta Administration City Environment Office Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, stres kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Suku Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat. Teknik pengumpulan data berbentuk kuisioner dengan menggunakan skala interval. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 56 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan pengujian hipotesis. Untuk itu, metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel kepuasan kerja, stres kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Suku Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh simultan antara kepuasan kerja, stres kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Suku Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat.
