Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the Effect of Service Quality, Price and Location on Consumer Loyalty at Babershop Daerah Corner Pamulang, South Tangerang. This study uses community respondents who specifically use Corner Babershop Pamulang, Tangerang hair clipper services which are more than 1 time coming to the store. By using purposive sampling as a technique for determining samples so that 100 respondents were obtained as samples. The approach used in this study is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the LISREL (Linear Structural Relationship) analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously, service quality variables have a positive and significant effect on loyalty. Whereas for the variable price has a positive and significant effect on loyalty and for location variables have a negative and not significant effect on loyalty. This is evidenced by the simultaneous test results (Test F) and partial test results (Test T) also shows two significant values and one insignificant value of the three independent variables that support the hypothesis. Variable Quality of Service, Price and Location. Keywords: Babershop Corner, Waiter Quality, Price, Location and Loyalty. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan,Harga Dan Lokasi Terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen Di Corner Babershop Daerah Pamulang,Tangerang Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan responden masyarakat yang khususnya menggunakan jasa cukur rambut Corner Babershop daerah Pamulang,Tangerang Sealatan yang lebih dari 1 kali dating ke toko. Dengan menggunakan purposive sampling sebagai teknik penentuan sampel sehingga diperoleh 100 responden sebagai sampel. Pendekatan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis LISREL (Linear Structural Relationship). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas. Sedangkan untuk variabel Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas dan untuk variabel lokasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (Uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (Uji T) juga menunjukan dua nilai signifikan dan satu nilai tidak signifikan dari tiga variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Variabel Kualitas Pelayanan,Harga dan Lokasi. Kata Kunci: Corner Babershop,Kualitas Pelayan, Harga, Lokasi dan Loyalitas.
