Abstract

This research is to find out the influence of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover, and net profit margin to price earning ratio on companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange property and real estate sub sector period 2012-2016. The sample selection in this research using convenience sampling method and got 30 companies as samples. The research data is obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used in this research is panel data regression analysis and it is found that the more appropriate model used is random effect. From result of research got value of adjusted R-Square equal to 3,70%. Partially show that only total asset turnover variable have negative and significant effect to price earning ratio. However, the partial current ratio, debt to equity ratio, dan net profit margin variable has negative and insignificant effect on the price earning ratio. Keywords: price earning ratio, current ratio, total asset turnover, and net profit margin Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh current ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover, dan net profit margin terhadap price earning ratio pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia sub sektor property dan real estate periode 2012-2016. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sample jenuh dan didapatkan 30 perusahaan sebagai sample. Data penelitian diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi data panel dan didapatkan bahwa model yang lebih tepat digunakan adalah random effect. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai adjusted R-Square sebesar 3,70%. Secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa hanya variabel total asset turnover berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap price earning ratio. Tetapi, variabel current ratio, debt to equity ratio, dan net profit margin secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap price earning ratio Kata kunci: price earning ratio, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover, dan net profit margin
