Abstract
This research aims to know the influence of transformational leadership and compensation on employee loyalty. The object of this research is the employee of The Mirah Hotel Bogor. This research was done to 93 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. Thus, data analysis which used is SEM-PLS analysis. The result of this research shows by t-test there is significant affection between variable of transformational leaderhisp and compensation on employee performance. Then, R-Square result shows 0.691, which means employee performance 69.1% affected by transformational leadership and compensation. Meanwhile, 30.9% explained by another variable, out of research. Keyword: Leadership Transformational, Compensation, Employee Loyalty Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompensasi terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan The Mirah Hotel, Bogor. Penelitian ini dilakukan ini dilakukan terhadap 93 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis bentuk SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara uji t terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompensasi terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Lalu, nilai R-Square-nya sebesar 0.691, yang artinya loyalitas karyawan 69.1% dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompensasi. Sedangkan 30.9% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain, diluar yang diteliti. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kompensasi, Loyalitas Karyawan
