Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effects of work culture, work environment to work motivation and job satisfaction Fraksi Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa. The research data based on Questionnaire spread to 47 experts staff at F-PKB. This research uses a quantitative approach to examine the population and specific samples, with sampling technique saturated, taking data using questionnaires as research instruments. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 22 program. The result of the research shows that there is positive and significant influence of work culture on motivation and job satisfaction. Partially work culture has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. However, work environment and work motivation have no significant effect on job satisfaction of F-PKB
