Abstract
The purpose of this research was to examine whether the service quality, brand image and brand trust was influential towards service order in PT Go Online Destinations. The object of this research is the community of West Jakarta who have not used Pegipegi services. This research was conducted towards the 120 respondents by using techniques of survey with the dissemination of the questionnaire. This type of research is causal, the type of quantitative non probability purposive. Instrument data using statistical methods of SEM software SmartPLS version 3.0. The results of this research show that partially, service quality variable, brand image and brand trust to buy interest. Keyword : Service Quality, Brand Image and Brand Trust Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji apakah kualitas layanan, brand image dan brand trust berpengaruh terhadap minat pemesanan hotel di PT Go Online Destinations. Objek penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Jakarta Barat yang belum pernah menggunakan layanan di Pegipegi. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 120 responden dengan menggunakan teknik survey dengan alat penyebaran kuesioner. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif kausal, dengan jenis non probability purposive. Instrumen data menggunakan metode statistik SEM software SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel kualitas layanan, brand image dan brand trust berpengaruh terhadap minat beli. Kata kunci : Kualitas Layanan, Brand Image dan Brand Trust
