Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, work discipline and job satisfaction simultaneously on performance and to find the most dominant influence among independent variables which will then be made a priority of improvement in an effort to improve employee performance. This research uses survey method with quantitative and descriptive research. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling using saturated sampling. The research sample was employees of the Service Bureau (Finance Bureau, Academic Bureau, Public Relations Bureau and PMB and Information Systems Bureau) with 51 respondents. Data analysis uses Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS 22.0 for Windows release Software. The results of this study found that there was a positive and significant influence between motivation, work discipline and job satisfaction on performance. This study concludes that employee performance can be improved through efforts to improve the motivation aspects of work discipline to fulfill job satisfaction. The influence of work motivation is more dominant than the influence of the other two variables. So that improvements in efforts to motivate employees' work are a priority to improve employee performance. Keywords: motivation, work discipline, job satisfaction, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, didiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja serta mencari pengaruh paling dominan diantara variabel bebas yang kemudian akan dijadikan prioritas perbaikan dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Peneltian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan penelitian kuantitatif dan deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling menggunakan sampling jenuh. Sampel penelitian adalah karyawan Biro pelayanan ( Biro Keuangan, Biro Akademik, Biro Humas dan PMB dan Biro Sistem Informasi) dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 51 orang. Analisis data mempergunakan Regresi Linier Berganda dengan Software SPSS 22.0 for Windows release. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi, disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kinerja karyawan dapat ditingkatkan melalui upaya peningkatan pada aspek motivasi disiplin kerja pemenuhan kepuasan kerja. Pengaruh motivasi kerja lebih dominan dibandingkan pengaruh kedua variabel yang lain. Sehingga perbaikan dalam upaya memotivasi karya karyawan menjadi prioritas untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.
