Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of enterpricce resource planning implementation for the quality of financial statements (study at PT. Sipatamoda Indonesia). Successful implementation of ERP was measured by using a variabel Top Manahement Support, Project Management Program, Team Work. And for the quality of financial statements measured by the impact of individuals and the impact of the quality of financial statements resulting from the implementation of ERP applications. The result of analysis of smart PLS 3.0 shows that Top Mangement Support and Team Work have Positive influence to the success of ERP implementation, while for Project Management Program variables have no significant effect on the success of ERP implementation. While the variables of ERP implentation success have a positive influence on the quality of financial statements for the company. Key Word : successful implementation of ERP, Quality of Financial reports Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan implementasi Enterprice Resource Planning (ERP) terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan bagi perusahaan (Studi pada PT. Sipatamoda Indonesia). Kesuksesan implementasi ERP di ukur dengan menggunakan variabel Top Manahement Support, Project Management Program, Team Work. Dan untuk kualitas laporan keungan di ukur dengan dampak individu dan dampak kulitas laporan keuangan yang dihasilkan dari aplikasi ERP yang di implementasikan. Hasil analisa dari smart PLS 3.0 yang menunjukan bahwa Top Mangement Support dan Team Work mempunyai pengaruh Positif terhadap kesuksesan implementasi ERP, sedangkan untuk variabel Project Management Program mempunyai pengaruh yang tidak significant terhaap kesuksesan implementasi ERP. Sedangkan Variabel kesuksesan implentasi ERP mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap Kualitas laporan keuangan bagi perusahaan. Kata Kunci : keberhasilan implementasi ERP, Kualitas laporan Keuangan
