Abstract

This study aims to reduce the amount of damage the pharmaceutical products and quality control of the company’s by using statistical assistance tools. Thus, the company can take precautionary and improvement measures to reduse the amount of damage and improve pharmaceutical products quality. Analizing the quality control of product of the company can be done by using statistical assistance tools, its consist of check sheet, histograms, p-charts, pareto charts, and cause-effect diagram. The results of this study showed that the quality control of pharmaceutical products at PT. Antarmitra Sembada is still uncontrolled or still experiencing deviations with an average damage 5.2%. Based on pareto diagram, the improvement priority which need to be done is for the dominant type of damage that is damage due to expired date product (12.12%), Label and package damage (49.31%), and Drug product damage (38.57%). The cause-effect diagram analysis shows that damage factor arise from human /workers factors, machinery, work methods, and work environment. So companies can take preventive and corrective actions to reduce the amount of products damage and improve the quality of pharmaceutical products. Keyword : Quality Control, Pharmaceutical Products Damage, Statistical Assistance Tools Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan pengendalian kualitas menggunakan alat bantu statistik bermanfaat dalam upaya mengurangi jumlah kerusakan produk farmasi diperusahaan. Analisis pengendalian kualitas dilakukan menggunakan alat bantu statistik berupa check sheet, histogram, peta kendali p, diagram pareto dan diagram sebab akibat. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengendalian kualitas produk farmasi pada PT. Antarmitra Sembada masih belum terkendali atau masih mengalami penyimpangan dengan rata-rata kerusakan 5.2%. Berdasarkan diagram pareto, prioritas perbaikan yang perlu dilakukan adalah untuk jenis kerusakan yang dominan yaitu kerusakan karena produk melawati masa kadaluarsa (expired date) (12.12%), Kerusakan label dan kemasan (49.31%), dan Kerusakan Produk Obat (38.57%). Dari analisis diagram sebab akibat dapat diketahui faktor penyebab kerusakan produk farmasi berasal dari manusia/pekerja, metode kerja, mesin dan lingkungan kerja. Sehingga perusahaan dapat mengambil tindakan pencegahan serta perbaikan untuk mengurangi jumlah kerusakan produk dan meningkatkan kualitas produk farmasi .
