Abstract

The warehouse of PT Inbisco Niagatama Semesta Serang was built using gable frame on the ground with sand identification using 519 minipile pile foundations. Load analysis is calculated with the help of STAADPRO V8i assist software where the load calculated is dead load, live load and wind load. The capacity of the pile foundation bearing capacity is sought by static methods, namely by calculating based on Standard Penetration Test, Cone Penetration Test, laboratory test, soil correlation values and erection results. That is entered into the equation formulated by Paulos & Davis = 285.82 kN, Coyle & Castello = 268.95 kN, Meyerhof = 507.20 kN and Tomlinson = 845.88 kN for the greatest bearing capacity. The capacity of dynamic bearing capacity obtained from PDA testing is processed with CAPWAP application. Test results for 4 poles in a row, US C / No. 309 = 77 tons, US C4 / No.340 = 90.5 tons, US E / No.195 = 82.5 tons, US G7 / No.22B = 83 tons. The design value used for the next calculation is to compare static and dynamic method calculations. Use the equation formulated by Tomlinson. Permit support capacity is obtained from the ultimate bearing capacity divided by a safety factor of 2.5. The bearing capacity of the group piles is obtained by dividing the existing load on the structure with the bearing capacity of the permit which has been multiplied by the efficiency factor of the pile so as to obtain the need for poles in each structure. The biggest decline that occurs in the structure of the building is 0.96 mm, meaning that it does not exceed the maximum reduction rule by a predetermined standard. So it can be concluded that the building structure meets the stability and serviceability requirements. Meanwhile the number of pile foundations in the warehouse area is an effort to anticipate the decline that could occur due to service load, considering the function of the building is as a warehouse where the forklift machines will be used which weigh 1.5 tons - 10 tons. Keyword : Analysis of bearing Capacity Pile Foundation Gable Frame Structur Gudang PT Inbisco Niagatama Semesta Serang dibangun dengan menggunakan struktur baja (gable frame) diatas tanah yang teridenfikasi pasir dengan menggunakan pondasi tiang pancang minipile sebanyak 519 titik. Analisis pembebanan dihitung dengan bantuan sofware bantu STAADPRO V8i dimana beban yang diperhitungkan adalah beban mati, beban hidup dan beban angin. Kapasitas daya dukung pondasi tiang dicari dengan metode statis yaitu dengan melakukan perhitungan berdasarkan data Standart Penetration Test, Cone Penetration Test, data laboratorium, nilai korelasi tanah serta data hasil pemancangan. Data tersebut dimasukkan kedalam persamaan yang telah di rumuskan oleh Paulos & Davis = 285.82 kN , Coyle & Castello = 268.95 kN , Meyerhof = 507.20 kN dan Tomlinson = 902.225 kN untuk daya dukung terbesar. Kapasitas daya dukung dinamis didapatkan dari pengujian PDA diolah dengan aplikasi CAPWAP. Hasil pengujian untuk 4 tiang berturut – turut, AS C/No.309 = 77 ton, AS C4/No.340=90.5 ton, AS E/No.195=82.5 ton, AS G7/No.22B= 83 ton. Nilai desain yang digunakan untuk perhitungan selanjutnya adalah dengan membandingkan antara perhitungan metode statis dan dinamis.Digunakan persamaan yang dirumuskan oleh Tomlinson. Kapasitas dukung ijin didapatkan dari daya dukung ultimate yang dibagi faktor keamanan sebesar 2.5. Daya dukung tiang kelompok didapatkan dengan membagi beban yang ada pada struktur dengan daya dukung ijin yang telah dikalikan dengan faktor efisiensi tiang sehingga didapatkan kebutuhan tiang pada masing masing struktur. Penurunan terbesar yang terjadi pada struktur bangunan adalah 0.96 mm artinya tidak melebihi aturan penurunan maksimal oleh standart yang telah ditetapkan. Jadi dapat disimpulkan struktur bangunan memenuhi syarat stabilitas dan kemampulayanan. Sementara itu banyaknya pondasi tiang pancang pada area gudang merupakan upaya antisipasi terhadap penurunan yang bisa saja terjadi diakibatkan beban layan, mengingat fungsi bangunan tersebut adalah sebagai gudang dimana akan sering dilalui mesin – mesin forklift yang beratnya 1.5 ton – 10 ton.
