Abstract

Title: Analysis of Project Implementation Time with Critical Path Method (CPM) (Case Study of Development Project of Official House of Members of Puslabfor Bareskrim Polri Bogor) Name: Pipit Wijianty, NIM: 41116120083, Supervisor: Mirnayani, ST. MT., 2018 The project generally has a deadline, meaning that the project must be completed before or right at the specified time. But in reality in the field, a project does not always run in accordance with the scheduling that has been made. The success or failure of the implementation is often due to the lack of planned project activities and less effective controls, resulting in inefficient project activities, resulting in delays, declining quality of work and enlarged implementation costs. Therefore, job analysis is needed so that it can be known how long a job is completed and look for possible acceleration of time of work implementation by using method of CPM (Critical path method). Research methodologies that the authors use are direct observation (direct observation), collection of project data and literature study. Observation method was conducted by conducting case study on the project of House Construction of Member of Puslabfor Bareskrim Polri-Bogor, while data collection method such as curve s, drawing contruction, shop drawing drawing, documentation, daily and weekly progress, then the data is analyzed solved by using the method of CPM (Critical path method). From the results and analysis In the planning of scheduling using Critical Path Method (CPM) on the Development Project of the House of Members of the National Police Training Center the number of working days is closer to the implementation of the field compared to using planning scheduling using Curve S that is using Critical Path Method (CPM) 339 days, the work plan using the S curve is only 150 days and the realization of the field of 349 working days Keywords: CPM Method, Time Analysis, Time Optimization Using CPM
