Abstract
Judul : Identification of the risk of delay in the work of the Foundation Pile Bore Diameter of 1000 Millimeters on a Project Building Nines Plaza & Residence At CBD Serpong, Name : Bayu Rizkiyanto, NIM : 41114110120, Lecturer : Ir. Mawardi Amin, MT, 2018. Any work, activity or activities undertaken of course is inseparable from the risks. Schedule execution of the work begins from January 2018 with a target completion May 2018. Schedule a targeted finish date may 27, 2018, but the job is not finished bore pile foundation according predetermined targets and completed 3 June 2018, There is a seven-day delay in the implementation of the completion of the work bore pile foundation. The purpose of this research is to know the factors of the dominant risk factors delay on work Bore Pile Foundation, find out how much the level of risk at work Bore Pile Foundation, as well as knowing how the handling of risk at work Bore Pile Foundation diameter 1000 mm in project Building Nines Plaza & Residence At CBD Serpong. This research method using the method of survey to the parties involved in the project work bore pile foundation by doing interviews and questionnaires. Research done by disseminating a questionnaire to the 53 respondents. Analysis of the questionnaire data using IBM SPSS to test the validity of the data, reliability, and descriptive analysis against 53 variables. Risk factors the most delays Mottled is labor productivity does not match the technical specifications. Risk factors the level of medium with a large index risk importance of 7.4849, so given the risk mitigation so that the work of the Foundation bore pile can be resolved on time. Mawardi Amin, MT, 2018. Pelaksanaan proyek tidak terlepas dari adanya risiko. Schedule pelaksanaan pekerjaan dimulai dari bulan Januari 2018 dengan target selesai Mei 2018. Schedule yang ditargetkan selesai tanggal 27 Mei 2018, pekerjaan pondasi bore pile tidak selesai sesuai target yang telah ditentukan dan selesai tanggal 3 Juni 2018, terdapat tujuh hari keterlambatan didalam pelaksanaan penyelesaian pekerjaan pondasi bore pile. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor–faktor risiko keterlambatan yang dominan pada pekerjaan pondasi Bore Pile, mengetahui berapa besar level risiko pada pekerjaan pondasi Bore Pile , serta mengetahui bagaimana penanganan risiko pada pekerjaan pondasi Bore Pile diameter 1000 mm di proyek Gedung Nines Plaza & Residence At CBD Serpong. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey kepada pihak yang terlibat dalam proyek pekerjaan pondasi bore pile dengan melakukan wawancara dan kuesioner. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 53 responden. Analisis data kuesioner ini menggunakan IBM SPSS untuk menguji validitas data, reliabilitas, dan analisis deskriptif terhadap 53 variabel. Faktor risiko keterlambatan yang paling dominan adalah produktivitas tenaga kerja yang tidak sesuai spesifikasi teknis. Faktor risiko tersebut masuk level medium dengan besar indeks risk importance sebesar 7,4849, sehingga diberikan mitigasi risiko agar pekerjaan pondasi bore pile dapat terselesaikan tepat waktu.
