Abstract

Work Productivity Analysis Formwork Semi Modern and Conventional System On Construction Apartemen Grand Taman Melati Margonda 2 Depok Using WebCyclone Method, Yofan Saman Agusta, 41116110154. The urgency of construction time is one of the obstacles often faced by professionals in the field of construction. As a result, many companies are making efforts to accelerate the project cycle time therefore the distribution process can be shortened. Futhermore, the selection of appropriate construction methods is considering with the purpose of needs to achieve an effective and efficient time. Research methodologies that the authors use are literature study, direct observation and collecting data from construction project. Observation method is done by observation on the implementation of work of formwork, determining the activity of work, duration and resource requirement at Apartemen Grand Taman Melati Margonda 2 Depok Project, calculate those data using WebCyclone Operation System to compare the productivity value of time duration on formwork work using Semi Modern and conventional systems on the construction project. This research found that the productivity of using Semi Modern system is 0.006548 unit / minute or about 0,39288 unit / hours to complete 1 column formwork cycle, whereas using conventional system only got productivity of 0.004749377833538782 unit / minute or about 0.28496267 unit / hours to complete 1 column formwork cycle. Those productivity result showed that the most effective method to reach maximum time efficiency for the work of formwork columns is to use Semi Modern system.
