Abstract

The problems that are often encountered in the urban transportation system is the emergence of traffic congestion on the road and the conflict at the intersection, especially on the intersection intangibles Taman Semanan Indah St and Raya Duri Kosambi St West Jakarta. Seeing the problems that exist then the author tries to identify the arm at the intersection and analyze the performance on the segment and intersection. In analyzing this study using the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI) method 1997 which will determine the performance of segments such as current, capacity, density of saturation, delay and queuing opportunities. Data collection is obtained by conducting a survey of the road leading to the intersection and to the intersection of intersections during rush hour on weekday and weekend. From result of analysis and data processing, performance of segment at Duri Kosambi Highway at POS I direction of East - West got highest score of Density (DS) is in morning 0,259, at POS II East - West direction got value of Degree of Saturation (DS) the highest in the morning of 0.249 and at the intersection got the highest DS value during the day 1.169 with queue opportunities 56% - 112%. Through the calculation with alternative 4 obtained better intersection performance with the value of DS of 0.847 with optimization of right turning prohibition performance on the roads Major B, D and Minor A road and side barriers do not exist. Keywords : Unsignalized Intersection, Density of Saturation and Delay Permasalahan yang sering ditemui pada sistem transportasi perkotaan adalah timbulnya kemacetan lalu lintas di ruas jalan dan adanya konflik di persimpangan khususnya pada simpang tak bersinyal Jalan Taman Semanan Indah dan Jalan Raya Duri Kosambi Jakarta Barat. Melihat permasalahan yang ada maka penulis mencoba mengidentifikasi lengan pada persimpangan tersebut dan menganalisis kinerja pada ruas dan simpangnya. Dalam menganalisis studi ini menggunakan metode Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) tahun 1997 yang akan menentukan kinerja ruas seperti arus, kapasitas, derajat kejenuhan, tundaan dan peluang antrian. Pengumpulan data didapat dengan melakukan survey terhadap ruas jalan yang menuju simpang dan terhadap simpang tak bersinyal pada jam sibuk di hari kerja dan hari libur. Dari hasil analisis dan pengolahan data, kinerja ruas pada ruas jalan Raya Duri Kosambi pada POS I arah Timur - Barat didapatkan nilai Derjat Kejenuhan (DS) tertinggi adalah pada pagi hari 0,259, pada POS II arah Timur - Barat didapatkan nilai Derajat Kejenuhan (DS) tertinggi pada pagi hari 0,249 dan pada simpang didapatkan nilai DS tertinggi pada siang hari 1,169 dengan peluang antrian 56% - 112%. Melalui perhitungan dengan alternatif 4 didapat kinerja simpang yang lebih baik yaitu dengan nilai DS sebesar 0,847 dengan optimasi kinerja pelarangan belok kanan pada jalan Mayor B,D dan jalan Minor A serta hambatan samping tidak ada. Kata Kunci : Simpang Tak Bersinyal, Derajat Kejenuhan, Tundaan.
