Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price perceptions and service quality on purchasing decisions at PT. Millennium Penata Futures. The type of research used is explanatory research (explanantory research) with quantitative approach. The data collection technique is done with non-probability sample, with sample selection using accindental sampling method, with respondents 6 respondents are customers of PT. Millennium Penata Futures. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis and path analysis (Path Analysis). Data analysis was performed using Partial Least Square analysis with SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results showed that: perceptual variables berkrawe prices and signifacant to purchase decisions and service quality variables can not influence and not significant to the purchase decision. Thus, PT. Millennium Penata Futures continues to improve the price and quality of service. It will be able to influence the satisfaction of the customers and make the customer become loyal. Keywords: Price Perception, Service Quality, Purchase Decision. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada PT. Millennium Penata Futures. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian penjelasan (explanantory research) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Adapun tehnik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan sample non-probability, dengan pemilihan sample menggunakan metode accindental sampling, dengan responden 6 responden adalah nasabah PT. Millennium Penata Futures. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Analisis data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis Partial Least Square dengan program SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : variabel persepsi harga berpengruh dan signifakn terhadap keputusan pembelian dan variabel kualitas pelayanan tidak dapat pengaruh dan tidak significant terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dengan demikian sebaiknya PT. Millennium Penata Futures terus untuk meningkatkan harga dan kualitas pelayanan. Hal tersebut akan mampu mempengaruhi kepuasan para nasabah dan membuat nasabah menjadi loyal. Kata Kunci : Persepsi Harga, Kualitas Pelayanan, Keputusan Pembelian
