Abstract
This research to find out about the influence of a style of leadership , compensation and the development of employees on the performance of employees. The object of this research is an employee of Energi Niaga Utama Company. The research was conducted against the employee of Energi Niaga Utama Company on Asem raya street, tebet south jakarta which consisted of 35 respondents. This study used a quantitative approach with a design research used of the three is design causal research. The data were taken is a questionnaire from the employee Energi Niaga Utama Company. Analysis of data used analytics statistic in the test multiple linear regression SPSS applications version 23. The results show that the variable a style of leadership it has some positive effects and significant impact on employee performance , variable compensation have had a positive impact and significant impact on employee performance , the development of variable employees have had a positive impact and significant on the performance of an employee of Energi Niaga Utama Company. Keyword: Style of leadership, compensation, the development of employees, employee performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tentang pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi dan pengembangan karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Energi Niaga Utama. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap karyawan PT. Energi Niaga Utama di Jl. Asem Baris Raya, Tebet Jakarta Selatan yang berjumlah 35 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain penelitian kausal. Data yang diambil merupakan kuesioner terhadap karyawan PT. Energi Niaga Utama. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistic dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda dengan aplikasi SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel pengembangan karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Energi Niaga Utama. Kata kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kompensasi, Pengembangan Karyawan, Kinerja Karyawan
