Abstract

Organizational commitment is very important for every organization in the hope that a high commitment to achieving good performance in achieving goals. Increasing organizational commitment requires transformational leaders as well as compensation and a good working environment. This study aims to see the effect of transformational leadership, compensation and work environment on organizational commitment at Mercu Buana University. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis, the results of this study revealed that simultaneously or simultaneously that the three variables have an effect on organizational commitment. The result of partial test of transformational leadership variable and compensation have positive and significant effect to organizational commitment. But the work environment variable has no significant effect. Keywords: Transformational leadership, compensation, work environment and organizational commitment Komitmen organisasi sangat penting bagi setiap organisasi dengan harapan bahwa komitmen yang tinggi demi tercapainya kinerja yang baik dalam mencapai tujuan. Dalam meningkatkan komitmen organisasi diperlukan pemimpin yang transformasional serta kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi di Universitas Mercu Buana. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa secara bersama-sama atau simultan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi. Hasil uji parsial variabel kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi.namun variable lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan transformasional, kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan komitmen organisasi
