Abstract
The topic of this study is “The Effect of Employee Satisfaction, Employee Loyalty to Organizational Citizenship Behavior and its impact on Organizational Effectiveness at PT. Blue Gas Indonesia. This study was conducted at enabler department of PT. Blue Gas Indonesia’s headquarter. On this research is expected to give idea about the effect of employee satisfaction, employee loyalty to organizational Citizensip Behavior and the impact to organizational effectiveness at enabler department. The method used in this study is quantitative by collecting questionnaires on the enabler department with a total of 78 employees. Pre-research used to know the results of data on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. While on the variable of job satisfaction, employee loyalty and organizational effectiveness using the results of employee satisfaction survey data in 2016 held by PT. Blue Gas Indonesia. To process the data of this research, researcher used the analysis using SPSS but the results are not significant so it does not in accordance with expectations. Therefore, SEM analysis technique used for hypothesis testing and to answer the research problem. The result of this research is Employee Loyalty has a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. And Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a positive effect on Organizational Effectiveness. As for the hypothesis that employee satisfaction has no effect on other variables. On employee loyalty variable does not have a direct impact towards Organizational Effectiveness. Keywords : Employee Satisfaction, Employee Loyalty, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Organizational Effectiveness Judul dari penelitian ini adalah “Pengaruh Kepuasan Karyawan, Loyalitas Kerja Karyawan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior serta dampaknya terhadap Efektifitas Organisasi di PT. Blue Gas Indonesia”. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada departemen enabler kantor pusat PT. Blue Gas Indonesia. Pada penelitian kali ini, diharapkan mampu memberikan gagasan mengenai pengaruh kepuasan keryawan, loyalitas kerja karyawan terhadap organizational Citizenship Behavior serta dampakanya terhadap efektifitas organisasi pada departemen enabler. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan kuesioner pada departemen enabler dengan jumlah sebanyak 78 karyawan. Pra penelitian digunakan untuk mengetahui hasil data pada variabel Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Sedangkan pada variabel kepuasan kerja, loyalitas karyawan dan efektifitas organisasi menggunakan hasil olah data survey employee survey satisfaction pada tahun 2016 yang diadakan oleh PT. Blue Gas Indonesia. Untuk mengolah data hasil penelitian ini, sebelumnya peneliti menggunakan analisa menggunakan SPSS namun hasilnya tidak signifikan sehingga tidak sesuai dengan harapan. Oleh karena itu, digunakan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modelling ((SEM) untuk pengujian hipotesis dan menjawab masalah penelitian. Hasil penelitian yang didapat oleh peneliti adalah Loyalitas Kerja Karyawan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Efektifitas Organisasi . Adapun hipotesis bahwa Kepuasan karyawan tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel lainnya. Pada variabel loyalitas kerja karyawan tidak memiliki pengaruh secara langsung terhadap Efektifitas Organisasi.
