Abstract
In an organization the role of human resources is very important, because human resources is one of the decisive elements or the spearhead to implementing all activities in achieving a goal. To get a high employee performance, it must be supported with a sense of high awareness by the management such as job satisfaction. This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style, organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance of Haka Group in Jakarta. Quantitative research type, population of all employees of Haka Group companies in Jakarta, sampling technique use Non Probability Sampling with saturation sampling. The data were processed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 22. The results showed that the variable of transformational leadership style and organizational culture did not significantly influence the performance of Haka Group employees. Job satisfaction is the variable that has the greatest influence on employee performance of Haka Group companies. The company should pay more attention and improve matters related to employee welfare, promotion and team work in the company. Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance Dalam suatu organisasi peranan sumber daya manusia adalah sangat penting, karena sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu unsur penentu atau ujung tombak pelaksana seluruh kegiatan dalam mencapai suatu tujuan. Untuk mendapatkan kinerja karyawan yang tinggi, maka harus didukung dengan rasa kepedulian yang tinggi oleh pihak manajemen diantaranya adalah kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan perusahaan Haka Group di Jakarta. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, populasi seluruh karyawan perusahaan Haka Group di Jakarta, teknik pengambilan sampel Non Probability Sampling dengan sampel jenuh. Data diolah menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan perusahaan Haka Group. Kepuasan kerja merupakan variabel yang memiliki pengaruh paling besar terhadap kinerja karyawan perusahaan Haka Group. Pihak perusahaan sebaiknya lebih memperhatikan dan meningkatkan hal-hal yang menyangkut kesejahteraan karyawan, promosi maupun team work di perusahaan.
