Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of work experience, training and staff development on employee competence in One Stop Service Integrated Implementation Unit (PTSP) in Kecamatan Kembangan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat. Research data is taken from 2015 until 2018. The sampling method used is saturated samples, that is all the existing population used as a sample of research. The research used multiple linier regression analysis method. Variables to be studied are the influence of work experience on competence, the effect of training on competence, the influence of development on competence and the influence of work experience, training and staff development together towards employee competence. The result of the research is there are positive and significant influence between the work experience to the competence, there is positive and significant influence between the training on the competence, there is positive and significant influence between the development of the competence and there is positive and significant influence of work experience, training and development together to the competence of employees. Variables of work experience have the greatest inter-dimensional correlation to competence. Keywords: work experience, training, development, competence Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh pengalaman kerja, pelatihan dan pengembangan terhadap kompetensi karyawan di Unit Pelaksana Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (PTSP) se Kecamatan Kembangan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat. Data penelitian diambil dari tahun 2015 hingga 2018. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh, yaitu semua populasi yang ada digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian. Penelitian menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Variabel yang akan diteliti adalah pengaruh pengalaman kerja terhadap kompetensi , pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kompetensi, pengaruh pengembangan terhadap kompetensi serta pengaruh pengalaman kerja, pelatihan dan pengembangan pegawai secara bersama-sama terhadap kompetensi pegawai. Hasil penelitian adalah ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pengalaman kerja terhadap kompetensi , ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pelatihan terhadap kompetensi, ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pengembangan terhadap kompetensi dan ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pengalaman kerja, pelatihan dan pengembangan pegawai secara bersama-sama terhadap kompetensi pegawai. Variabel pengalaman kerja memiliki korelasi antar dimensi yang paling besar terhadap kompetensi. Kata kunci: pengalaman kerja, pelatihan , pengembangan, kompetensi
