Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effects of librarian competence, library facilities, and the quality of information to the users satisfaction of the Suku Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kota Administarasi Jakarta Barat (Sudin Pusip Jakarta Barat). Type of quantitative research with population of all users at Reading Room of Adolescent/Adult Sudin Pusip Jakarta Barat on 2017 a total 11,636 users, sampling technique with Slovin sample, with the 100 sample of users. Sampling technique is nonprobability sampling with sampling type accidential sampling. The data analysis used multiple linear regression with SPSS 23 program. The result showed that librarian competence, library facilities, and quality of information had a significant positive effects on the users satisfaction. Keywords: librarian competence, library facilities, the quality of information, user satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi pustakawan, fasilitas perpustakaan, dan kualitas informasi terhadap kepuasan pemustaka Suku Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat (Sudin Pusip Jakarta Barat). Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi seluruh pemustaka Ruang Baca Remaja/Dewasa Sudin Pusip Jakarta Barat tahun 2017 sejumlah 11.636 pemustaka, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan rumus Slovin, dengan jumlah sampel 100 pemustaka. Teknik sampling yaitu nonprobability sampling dengan tipe penarikan sampel accidential sampling. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan program SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pustakawan, fasilitas perpustakaan, dan kualitas informasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan pemustaka.
