Abstract
Measurement of the company's supply chain performance is a benchmark for the company's achievement in the success of its supply chain. Company performance can be measured in two perspectives, financial and non-financial measurements. PT. SLA is a manufacturing company engaged in the salt industry, so far has not measured the comprehensive and comprehensive supply chain performance. The problem faced by PT. SLA as well as not yet implementing suplly chain performance measurements are the delays in delivery of goods, the transmission error of the quantity and the type of goods, and the fluctuation of the Delivery Order (DO). The purpose of this study is to determine the right indicator and to measure the supply chain performance in Salt industry based on the SCOR model using the AHP method. The selected indicators are 27 KPIs from 45 KPIs that are aligned to the approach to performance measurement using the SCOR method. The highest weighted AHP method is obtained in Reliability dimension, where level 1 hierarchy is Perfect Order Fulfillment (POF) with weight 0.154, at level 2 hierarchy is% of order delivery in full with weight of 0.087 and at level 3 hierarchy weighing Inventory accuracy 0.077. Measurement of PT SLA's supply chain performance is as follows: reliability is 61%, Responsible is 66%, Flexibility is 63%, Cost is 63% and Asset management cost is 80%. With SCOR dimensions value for PT SLA is 66%. On a scale of the monitoring system, employees enter the Average category. with average performance. Keywords: SCOR model, Supply chain performance, AHP, Salt Industry Pengukuran kinerja supply chain perusahaan adalah sebagai tolak ukur pencapaian perusahaan dalam keberhasilan supply chain nya. Kinerja perusahaan bisa diukur dalam dua perspektif, pengukuran keuangan dan non keuangan. PT. SLA merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang industri garam, yang sampai saat ini belum melakukan pengukuran kinerja supply chain yang komprehensif dan menyeluruh. Masalah yang di hadapi PT. SLA selain belum melakukan pengukuran kinerja suplly chain adalah keterlambatan pengiriman barang, kesalahan pengiriman jumlah dan jenis barang, dan naik turunnya jumlah Delivery Order (DO). Tujuan dari penelitian ini menentukan Indikator yang tepat dan melakukan pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok di Industri garam berdasarkan model SCOR dengan menggunakan metode AHP. Indikator terpilih adalah 27 KPI dari 45 KPI yang disesuaikan dengan pendekatan pengukuran kinerja dengan metode SCOR. Dengan metode AHP bobot tertinggi diperoleh pada dimensi Reliability, dimana hirarki tingkat 1 adalah Perfect order fulfillment (POF) dengan bobot 0.154, pada hirarki tingkat 2 adalah % of order delivery in full dengan bobot 0,087 dan pada hirarki tingkat 3 yaitu Inventory accuracy dengan bobot 0,077. Pengukuran kinerja supply chain PT SLA didapat nilai masing-masing dimensi sebagai berikut : reliability bernilai 61%, Responsiveness bernilai 66%, Flexibility bernilai 63%, Cost bernilai 63% dan Asset management cost bernilai 80%. Dengan total nilai dimensi SCOR untuk PT SLA adalah 66%. Menurut skala sistem monitoring kenerja masuk kedalam kategori Average. dengan performance rata-rata Kata kunci: SCOR model, Supply chain performance, AHP, Industri Garam
