Abstract

In the world of construction services, labor productivity is one of the critical success factors of a development project. The magnitude of the level of labor productivity is influenced by many factors, including Material and equipment, leadership, communication, motivation, and work competence. This study aims to determine the effect of the application of Line of Balance scheduling method to the level of labor productivity, analyze the dominant factors affecting labor productivity, and measure labor productivity by Labor Utilization Rate (LUR) and Relative Importance Index (RII) method. From the results of data collection, both observational data and questionnaires performed data processing with the help of computer program SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 23.0. From the research that has been done the implementation of Line of Balance (LoB) scheduling method on project is effective to increase labor productivity with value equal to 74.4%. Based on the reality in the field of scheduling LoB that has been applied can increase the acceleration of completion of construction from 454 days to 432 days. The result of analysis of total labor productivity (LUR) level for work component of formwork, iron force and casting is 46.23% (labor productivi-ty is still relatively high). Result of analysis Hypothesis percentage effect of mate-rial and equipment variable, leadership, communication, motivation, and work competence to variable productivity of labor equal to 47.1% and the rest 52.9% influenced by other variable not included in this research. Relative Importance Index (RII) analysis on the indicator of variables affecting labor productivity in this project sequentially is the upward communication indicator on the communi-cation variable with the value 89.40%, the motive indicator on the work compe-tence variable with the value 89.20%, the availability indicator on the variable of material and equipment with value 89.00%, physiology indicator on motivation variable with value 88.80% and indicator Direction on leadership variable with value 87.80%. Dalam dunia jasa konstruksi, produktivitas tenaga kerja adalah salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan sebuah proyek pembangunan. Besarnya tingkat produktivitas tenaga kerja dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, diantaranya adalah Material dan peralatan, kepemimpinan, komunikasi, motivasi, dan kompetensi kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan metode penjadwalan Line of Balance terhadap tingkat produktivitas tenaga kerja, menganalisa faktor-faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi produktivitas tenaga kerja, dan mengukur produktivitas tenaga kerja dengan metode Labour Utilization Rate (LUR) dan Relative Importance Index (RII) pada proyek. Dari hasil pengumpulan data, baik data pengamatan dan kuesioner dilakukan proses pengolahan data dengan bantuan komputer program SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) versi 23.0. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan penerapan metode penjadwalan Line of Balance (LoB) pada proyek adalah efektif dapat meningkatkan produktivitas tenaga kerja dengan nilai sebesar 74.4%. Berdasarkan kenyataan di lapangan penjadwalan LoB yang telah diterapkan mampu meningkatkan percepatan penyelesaian konstruksi dari 454 hari menjadi 432 hari. Hasil analisa tingkat produktivitas tenaga kerja (LUR) secara total untuk komponen pekerjaan bekesting, pembesian dan pengecoran adalah 46.23% (produktivitas tenaga kerja masih relatif tinggi).Hasil analisa Hipotesa persentase pengaruh variabel material dan peralatan, kepemimpinan, komunikasi, motivasi, dan kompetensi kerja terhadap variabel produktivitas tenaga kerja sebesar 47.1% dan sisanya 52.9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini. Analisis Relative Importance Index (RII) pada indikator variabel yang mempengaruhi produktivitas tenaga kerja pada proyek ini secara berurutan adalah indikator komunikasi ke atas pada variabel komunikasi dengan nilai 89.40%, indikator motif pada variabel kompetensi kerja dengan nilai 89.20%, indikator ketersediaan pada variabel material dan peralatan dengan nilai 89.00%, indikator fisiologi pada variabel motivasi dengan nilai 88.80% dan indikator Arahan pada variabel kepemimpinan dengan nilai 87.80%.
