Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of compensation, competence and discipline on the teacher performance of West Jakarta Vocational High School Mandiri. Using primary data collected by interviews with authorized officials and using questionnaires while secondary data is collected through journals, books and other publications. Respondents were all teachers of West Jakarta Mandiri Bina Insan Vocational School in 2018. The sampling method used is a saturated sample that is by using the entire population of 43 teachers. The analytical method used is SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science). The results of this quantitative research show that the hypothesis is accepted that compensation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, while competence does not have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Keywords: compensation, competence, discipline, teacher performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisa pengaruh kompensasi, kompetensi dan disiplin terhadap kinerja guru SMK Bina Insan Mandiri Jakarta Barat. Menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan dengan wawancara dengan pejabat yang berwenang dan menggunakan kuesioner sedangkan data sekunder dikumpulkan melalui jurnal, buku, dan publikasi lainnya. Responden adalah semua guru SMK Bina Insan Mandiri Jakarta Barat tahun 2018 . Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh yaitu dengan menggunakan seluruh populasi yaitu guru sebanyak 43 guru. Metode analisa yang digunakan adalah SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) . Hasil dari penelitian kuantitatif ini menunjukkan hipotesis diterima yaitu kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifukan terhadap kinerja guru, sedangkan kompetensi tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.
