Abstract

Project evaluation in PT.XY needs to be done due to the increasing number of projects undertaken by the company with the objective of increasing the production capacity and the infrastructure of the company, project evaluation needs to be done considering the number of contractor vendors in cooperation with PT.XY, project evaluation aims to avoid any deviation in terms of cost and time by taking case study archive building project, to know the performance of the project then the analysis used is to use earned value analysis that aims to integrate aspects of cost, time and performance. Project performance is analyzed based on Cost Performance Index and Schedule Performance Index. The calculation is based on the plan value (BCWS), the result value (BCWP) and the actual cost (ACWP). The archive building development project was conducted for 18 weeks with the calculation of the CPI value from week 1 to week 18 shows the value 1, indicating that the project cost is in accordance with the planned and appropriate cost, while for the SPI value at weeks 1 to 3 is the largest of each week 1 = 9.88, week 2 = 3.88 and week 3 of 5.50 with the value of this show progress at the beginning of the project week that exceeded expectations of the initial plan of the project, while there was a delay at the 9th week , 13, 15, 16 and 17 are marked with SPI index value below 1, while the calculation of Cost Variance at week 1 to 18 shows value 0 in other words the cost is in accordance with the budget given, for the calculation of Schedule Variance at week 1 to 8 indicates a positive value means the project does not experience delays, while there is a delay at weeks 9, 13, 15, 16 and 17 with indicated variance Schedule value indicating a negative value (-) means that the project is delayed during the week. Keywords: Earned Value Analysis, Cost Performance, Time Performance Evaluasi proyek di PT.XY perlu untuk dilakukan dikarenakan semakin banyak jumlah proyek yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan dengan tujuan meningkatkan kapasitas produksi maupun prasarana perusahaan, evaluasi proyek perlu untuk dilakukan mengingat banyaknya vendor kontraktor yang bekerjasama dengan PT.XY, evaluasi proyek bertujuan demi menghindari adanya penyimpangan dalam hal biaya maupun waktu dengan mengambil studi kasus proyek pembangunan gedung arsip, untuk mengetahui kinerja proyek tersebut maka analisa yang digunakan adalah dengan mengunakan earned value analysis yang bertujuan mengintegrasikan aspek biaya, waktu dan prestasi kerja. Kinerja proyek dianalisa berdasarkan indeks kinerja biaya (Cost Performance Indeks) dan indeks kinerja jadwal (Schedule Performance Index). Perhitungan didasarkan pada nilai rencana (BCWS), nilai hasil (BCWP) dan biaya aktual (ACWP). Proyek pembangunan gedung arsip dilakukan selama 18 minggu dengan hasil perhitungan nilai CPI dari minggu ke 1 hingga minggu ke 18 menunjukan nilai 1, yang menandakan bahwa biaya proyek sudah sesuai dengan yang direncanakan dan tepat biaya, sedangkan untuk nilai SPI pada minggu ke 1 hingga 3 merupakan yang terbesar yaitu masing masing minggu 1 = 9,88 ,minggu 2=3,88 dan minggu ke 3 sebesar 5,50 dengan besarnya nilai ini menunjukan progress pada awal minggu proyek yang melebihi ekspektasi rencana awal proyek, sedangkan terjadi keterlambatan pada minggu ke 9, 13, 15, 16 dan 17 ditandai dengan nilai indeks SPI dibawah 1, sedangkan hasil perhitungan Cost Varian pada minggu ke 1 hingga 18 menunjukan nilai 0 dengan kata lain biaya sudah sesuai dengan budget yang di berikan, untuk perhitungan Schedule Varian pada minggu ke 1 hingga ke 8 menunjukan nilai positive artinya proyek tidak mengalami keterlambatan, sedangkan terjadi keterlambatan pada minggu ke 9, 13, 15, 16 dan 17 dengan ditunjukan nilai Schedule varian yang menunjukan nilai negative (-) artinya proyek mengalami keterlambatan pada minggu tersebut.
