Abstract

Title: Analysis of the Effectiveness of the Use of Platform Steel Platform (Boundeck) Compared with Conventional Formwork on Swimming Poo, Pool Structure in terms of Methods of Implementation and Impact of Occupation (Case Study of Orchard Apartment Project), Name: Khairul Ihsan, NIM: 41116120018, Supervisor: Mirnayani , ST, MT, 2018. This research has been done on the Orchard Apartment project Apartment located on the western outer ring road, lot 8, Cengkareng, West Jakarta. In Projects on Work finishing of swimming pool architecture PoolDeck pool work item, Pooldeck pool structure work is a component of bony structure located above the elevation of the Pool structure. In pooldeck pool work is put forward idea or idea about the use of steel plate formwork on its structure consider the method to be carried out and mempertingkan aspect of work of swimming pool that must be free from leakage and have enough maintenance area. This study is a comparative study that aims to compare the effectiveness achieved when using steel plate formwork compared to conventional formwork in terms of implementation methods and the impact of the resulting work. The focus of the discussion on this final task is the use of steel plate (boundeck) by considering the method of implementation on the condition of the swimming pool and consider the swimming pool aspect. This research was conducted in order to determine the effectiveness of the can if using steel plate formwork compared to conventional formwork. From the analysis of the cost of Installation of Formwork of Boundeck Steel Formwork Formwork on Pooldeck Pool Pool case More expensive is Rp 39.986.314, - compared with conventional forming that is Rp 26.321.227, -. Efficiency in cost is reviewed further by analyzing the use of reinforced concrete materials in use using both methods. From the results of cost analysis above shows that the use of Steel Boundeck Platform on Pooldeck Pool Pooling Case More efficient and cheaper is Rp 15.185.742, - compared to the use of conventional formwork is Rp 30.371.484, -. The total cost difference between the two methods is Rp 1,977,878, -. This proves in terms of cost formwork steel bondex plate more efficient than conventional formwork. Keywords: Pooldeck, Swimming Pool, Boundeck dengan Bekisting Konvensional Pada Struktur Pooldeck Kolam Renang dari Segi Metode Pelaksanaan dan Dampak Hasil Pekerjaan (Studi Kasus Proyek Puri Orchard Apartemen), Nama : Khairul Ihsan, NIM : 41116120018, Dosen pembimbing : Mirnayani, ST, MT, 2018. Penelitian ini telah dilakukan pada proyek Puri Orchard Apartemen yang berlokasi di jalan lingkar luar barat, kavling 8, Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat. Dalam Proyek pada Pekerjaan finishing arsitektur kolam renang terdapat item pekerjaan pooldeck Kolam Renang, Pekerjaan struktur pooldeck kolam renang ini merupakan komponen struktur bertulang yang terdapat di atas elevasi struktur Kolam renang. Pada pekerjaan pooldeck kolam renang ini di kemukakan ide atau gagasan tentang penggunaan bekisting plat baja pada struktur nya mempertimbangkan metode yang akan di laksanakan dan mempertingkan aspek pekerjaan kolam renang yang harus bebas dari kebocoran dan memilki area maintenance yang cukup. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian komparatif yang bertujuan membandingkan efektifitas yang di raih jika menggunakan bekisting plat baja dibandingkan bekisting konvensional dalam segi metode pelaksanaan dan dampak hasil pekerjaan yang di timbulkan. Fokus pembahasan pada tugas akhir ini yaitu penggunaan bekisiting plat baja (boundeck) dengan mempertimbangka metode pelaksanaan pada kondisi lapangan kolam renang dan mempertimbangkan aspek kolam renang. Penelitian ini dilakukan agar dapat menentukan efektifitas yang di dapat jika menggunakan bekisting plat baja dibandingkan bekisting konvensional. Dari hasil analisis biaya Pemasangan Bekisting penggunaan bekisting Plat Baja Boundeck pada kasus pekerjaan Pooldeck kolam renang Lebih mahal yaitu Rp 39.986.314,- dibandingkan dengan bekisting konvensional yaitu sebesar Rp 26.321.227,- . Efisiensi dalam biaya di tinjau lebih lanjut dengan menganalisa penggunaan material beton bertulang yang di gunakan dengan menggunakan kedua metode. Dari hasil analisis biaya diatas menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan bekisting Plat Baja Boundeck pada Kasus pekerjaan Pooldeck kolam renang Lebih efisien dan lebih murah yaitu Rp 15.185.742,- dibandingkan penggunaan bekisting konvensional yaitu Rp 30.371.484,-. Selisih biaya total antara kedua metode tersebut Rp 1.977.878,-. Hal ini membuktikan dari segi biaya bekisting plat baja bondex lebih efisien disbanding bekisting konvensional.
