Abstract
The research has been done to find out impact of the “Work Ethic and The Organizational Commitmen to Employees Perfomance at the PT. Taiyo Sinar Raya Teknik”. This research is completed based on 88 respondents according to Quantitive Descriptive Approach. Then, the data has been Analyzed using Statistical Analysis in the form of Multiple Linear Analysis. From this research can be concluded that Work Ethic has influenced to employees Perfomances. While, Work Ethic and Organizational Commitment have an impact to Employee Proformances Simultanneously Keywords : Work Ethic, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari "Etos Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Taiyo Sinar Raya Teknik". Penelitian ini diselesaikan berdasarkan 88 responden sesuai dengan Pendekatan Deskriptif Kuantitatif. Kemudian, data telah dianalisa menggunakan Analisis Statistik dalam bentuk Analisis Linear Berganda. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Etos Kerja telah berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja karyawan. Sementara, Etos Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh pada Proformansi Pegawai Secara Bersamaan Kata Kunci : Etos Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Kinerja Karyawan
