Abstract

This research is purposed to discover the impact of E-Tendering and E-Catalogue implementation for prevention of fraud in procurement of goods/services at Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah (LKPP). This survey was held toward 75 respondent by spread the questionnaire. The collected data during the survey is about 51 data. And used a quantitative descriptive method. The data used statistic analysis in the form of multiple linier regression test. The result is showed that E-Procurement which done with E-Tendering and E-Catalogue have a positif signifikan influences for prevention fraud in procurement of goods/service. It is proved by the result of the T test where tcount of the E-Tendering implementation and tcount of the E-Catalogue implementation is bigger than ttable. And then, the implementation of E-Tendering and E-Catalogue that held at the same time (simultaneously) have a positive significant influence for prevention fraud in procurement of goods/service. It is proved by the F test that Fcount is bigger than Ftable and the signification value also support the hypothesis. Keyword : E-Tendering implementation, E-Catalogue implementation, prevention fraud Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelaksanaan E-Tendering dan E-Catalogue dalam pencegahan fraud pengadaan barang/jasa di Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah (LKPP). Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 75 responden dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Data yang terkumpul selama proses penelitian sebanyak 51 data dan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa E-Procurement yang dilakukan secara E-Tendering dan E-Catalogue berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap pencegahan fraud pengadaan barang/jasa. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji T dimana thitung pelaksanaan E-Tendering dan thitung pelaksanaan E-Catalogue lebih besar dari ttabel. Kemudian pelaksanaan E-Tendering dan pelaksanaan E-Catalogue secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap pencegahan fraud pengadaan barang/jasa. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji F bahwa uji Fhitung lebih besar dari Ftabel dan nilai signifikansi mendukung hipotesis. Kata kunci : pelaksanaan E-Tendering, pelaksanaan E-Catalogue, pencegahan fraud
