Abstract

ABSTRACT The existence of Public Relations in an organization or institution is an indication that the Public Relations has a very important role for a turnaround that of the management system and the institution or organization. Its existence is able to touch and break through the social aspects and the public interest, which is always going to show something positive in the form of a positive image for the continuation of the institution, to build a positive image in society is determined from what is provided by the company. This research approach is qualitative descriptive study nature. Data analysis techniques, the authors use qualitative analysis techniques and for data collection techniques through depth interviews with key informants. Concepts and theories that support is of Communications, Public Relations, Corporate Social Responsibility and Public Relations Strategy proposed by Scott M. Cutlip & Allen H. Center refers to the four stages. The results of this study to discuss the implementation of the work program Public Relations AirNav CSR program in Indonesia. Using four stages or steps essentially is Research-Listening, Planning-Decision, Communication-Action, Evalution. As well as on the implementation process and pengkomunikasiannya is cooperating with Rumah Zakat as the executor of the program to the community and the company as a support. In this case the implementation is called decentralization. From the results the conclusion is AirNav Indonesia Implementation of CSR program conducted by the Division of Corporate Secretary of the CSR unit that uses four stages or steps as a foundation principal reference for the work program of Public Relations. Key Word: CSR, Public Relations, Strategic Public Relations ABSTRAK Keberadaan Public Relations dalam suatu organisasi atau lembaga adalah sebuah indikasi bahwa Public Relations memiliki peran yang sangat penting untuk perputaran sistem yang ada pada manajemen dan lembaga atau organisasi. Keberadaannya mampu menyentuh dan menerobos aspek-aspek sosial dan kepentingan publik, yang selalu akan menampilkan sesuatu yang positif dalam wujud citra yang positif demi keberlangsungan lembaga, membangun citra yang positif di masyarakat ditentukan dari apa yang diberikan oleh perusahaan. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan sifat penelitian deskriptif. Teknik analisa datanya, penulis menggunakan teknik analisa kualitatif dan untuk teknik pengumpulan datanya melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap key informan. Konsep dan teori yang mendukung adalah Komunikasi, Public Relations, Corporate Social Responsibility dan Strategi Public Relations yang dikemukakan oleh Scott M. Cutlip & Allen H. Center mengacu pada empat tahapan. Hasil penelitian ini membahas mengenai Implementasi program kerja Public Relations program CSR di AirNav Indonesia. Menggunakan 4 tahap atau langkah pokoknya ialah Research-Listening, Planning-Decision, Communication-Action, Evalution. Serta pada proses pelaksanaan dan pengkomunikasiannya adalah bekerja sama dengan Rumah Zakat sebagai pelaksana dalam program kepada masyarakat dan perusahaan sebagai supporting. Dalam hal ini implementasinya disebut Desentralisasi. Dari hasil kesimpulannya adalah Implementasi program CSR AirNav Indonesia dilakukan oleh Divisi Corporate Secretary unit CSR yang menggunakan 4 tahap atau langkah-langkah pokok sebagai landasan acuan untuk pelaksanaan program kerja Public Relations.
