Abstract

ABSTRACT The objectives of the study are to know the impact of Price Earning Ratio, Net Profit Margin, and Debt Equity Ratio on Stock Prices of Food and Baverages companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study is a consistent company incorporated in Food and Baverages Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2013-2016 totaling 16 companies. Sampling is done by using purposive sampling. Based on predefined criteria obtained a sample of 11 companies. The data used is secondary data drawn by the method of documentation by accesing the site idx.co.id and the official website of each company. Analytical methods used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Price Earning Ratio, Net Profit Margin shows a significant influence on Stock Price, and Debt Equity Ratio negatively affect the stock price. Keywords: Stock Price, Price Earning Ratio, Net Profit Margin, and Debt Equity Ratio. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengkaji Pengaruh Price Earning Ratio, Net Profit Margin, serta Debt Equity Ratio Terhadap Harga Saham Perusahaan Food and Baverages yang Terdaftar Di BEI. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang konsisten tergabung dalam Perusahaan Food and Baverages yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2013-2016 yang berjumlah 16 perusahaan. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan, diperoleh sampel berjumlah 11 perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diambil dengan metode dokumentasi dengan mengakses situs idx.co.id, Yahoofinance.com dan situs resmi masing-masing resmi perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Price Earning Ratio, Net Profit Margin menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham, dan Debt Equity Ratio berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham. Kata kunci: Harga Saham, Price Earning Ratio, Net Profit Margin dan Debt Equity Ratio.
