Abstract
ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze the influence of Workload and Work Discipline on Work Stress and Its Impact On Employee Performance. The object of this research was the Directorate General of Waste Management, Waste and Hazardous Materials of the Ministry Environment and Forestry of East Jakarta. This research was done to 70 respondents through sensus by using quantitative descriptive approach. Data analysis method used for this research was Multiple Linear Regression with the help of SPSS version 23 for Windows. The results of this study show that workload and work discipline did not have significant influence on jo stress; hard work does has a positive but insignificant impact on employee performance; work discipline has a positive and significant impact on employee performance; and job stress also has a negative but insignificant impact on employee performance. Keywords: Workload, Work Discipline, Job Stress, and Employee Performance ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja dan Dampaknya terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Objek penelitian ini adalah Direktorat Jenderal Pengelolaan Sampah, Limbah dan Bahan Beracun Berbahaya Kementrian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 70 responden melalui sensus dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah Regresi Linier Berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 23 untuk Windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja dan disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap stress kerja; beban kerja positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; dan stres kerja juga berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: Beban Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Stres Kerja, dan Kinerja Karyawan.
