Abstract
ABSTRCT PROPOSED REPAIR TO REDUCE TIME OF VEHICLE CARE PROCESS THROUGH LEAN PRODUCTION PROCESS APPROACH AUTO2000 is a Toyota vehicle maintenance service company trying to always improve service excellence with precise and fast where it is expected to be able to provide satisfaction to customers. In fact it still cannot meet the targets that have been determined. The time of Toyota vehicle maintenance process still exceeds the target set by the company in the form of KPI. Lean Process is an approach that aims to minimize waste that occurs in the process flow. Understanding the condition of the process is depicted in Value Stream Mapping for further weighting to determine the dominant waste. From the results of data processing obtained that through the Value stream mapping known stage of service process is the dominant factor causing the length of time the process of vehicle maintenance. Weighting and ranking of vehicle maintenance activities that resulted in high maintenance time was found that service process topped . From Root Cause Analysis result, it is known that the root cause of the service process length is training uneven skill, there is no consistency of implementation of work sequence according to SOP, SST has not fulfill requirement of production stall, there is no clear placement of location of equipment. Keyword: lean, production process, waste, RCA ABSTRAK USULAN PERBAIKAN UNTUK MENGURANGI WAKTU PROSES PERAWATAN KENDARAAN MELALUI PENDEKATAN LEAN PRODUCTION PROCESS AUTO2000 merupakan perusahaan penyedia jasa perawatan kendaraan Toyota berusahaa untuk selalu meningkatkan keunggulan layanan dengan tepat dan cepat dimana hal tersebut diharapkan dapat mampu memberikan kepuasan terhadap pelanggan. Pada kenyataanya hal tersebut masih belum dapat memenuhi target yang telah ditentukan. Waktu proses pemeliharaan kendaraan Toyota masih melebihi target yang telah ditentukan perusahaan dalam bentuk KPI. Lean Process merupakan pendekatan yang bertujuan untuk meminimasi pemborosan yang terjadi pada aliran proses. Pemahaman kondisi dari proses digambarkan dalam Value Stream Mapping untuk selanjutnya dilakukan pembobotan untuk mengetahui waste yang dominan. Dari hasil pengolahan data diperoleh bahwa melalui Value stream mapping diketahui tahapan proses service merupakan faktor dominan penyebab lamanya waktu proses pemeliharaan kendaraan. Pembobotan dan pemeringkatan aktivitas pemeliharaan kendaraan yang menyebabkan waktu proses perawatan tinggi diperoleh bahwa proses service menduduki urutan teratas. Dari hasil Root Cause Analysis diketahui bahwa akar penyebab dari lamanya proses service yaitu tranining skill yang belum merata, belum ada konsistensi pelaksanaan urutan kerja sesuai SOP, SST belum memenuhi kebutuhan stall produksi, belum ada penempatan lokasi alat yang jelas.
