Abstract

ABSTRACT Metro Serpong 1 housing is one of the existing housing in Tangerang Regency. This housing is a subsidized housing, built since 2009 with the head of the family at present reaches 560 family heads or 560 housing units, with 4 Rt and 12 blocks. Together with subsidized housing that the residents need is enough level of the capability of the occupants to be easy for developers and government to improve the quality or improvement of housing if satisfied with the residential Metro Serpong 1 Tangerang. This study aims to determine the satisfaction of residential residents Metro Serpong 1 Tangerang and look for attributes that must get priority improvement to improve the satisfaction of residents of Metro Serpong 1 Tangerang housing. The method used is Important Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). From the analysis result can be concluded resident of Metro Serpong 1 residence feel quite satisfied with quality of residential Metro Serpong Serpong 1 with value of satisfaction equal to 59,55%. There are some attributes that are very important by the inhabitants but in the implementation not in accordance with expectations and should get priority repair by residential developers Metro Serpong 1. Attributes are (5) Distance House to Hospital; (16) Quality of House Roof Frame; (18) Depth Capacity Wells Water Pump Houses; (19) Water Quality resulting from Well Pump House; (20) Quality Septictank House; (21) Drainage / air duct in the environment; (23) Waste Management in a residential area; (29) Provision of Polyclinics Keyword: Resindent Satisfaction, Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA), CSI ABSTRAK Perumahan Metro Serpong 1 merupakan salah satu perumahan yang ada di Kabupaten Tangerang . Perumahan ini adalah perumahan bersubsidi , yang dibangun sejak tahun 2009 dengan kepala keluarga pada saat ini mencapai 560 kepala keluarga atau 560 unit rumah, dengan 4 Rt dan jumlah blok 12. Sebagai perumahan bersubsidi yang penghuninya cukup banyak perlu dilakukannya pengukuran tingkat kepuasan penghuni agar diharapkan bagi pengembang dan pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kualitas atau perbaikan perumahan jika merasa tidak puas dengan perumahan Metro Serpong 1 Tangerang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepuasan penghuni perumahan Metro Serpong 1 Tangerang dan mencari atribut yang harus mendapat prioritas perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan penghuni perumahan Metro Serpong 1 Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan adalah Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) dan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Dari hasil analisa dapat disimpulkan penghuni Perumahan Metro Serpong 1 merasa cukup puas terhadap kualitas perumahan Metro Serpong Serpong 1 dengan nilai indeks kepuasan sebesar 59,55%. Ada beberapa atribut yang dianggap penting oleh penghuni tapi dalam pelaksanaannya belum sesuai dengan harapan dan harus mendapat prioritas perbaikan/peningkatan kualitas oleh pengembang perumahan Metro Serpong 1. Atribut tersebut yaitu (5) Jarak Rumah ke Rumah Sakit; (16) Kualitas Rangka Atap Rumah; (18) Kapasitas Kedalaman Sumur Pompa Air Rumah; (19) Kualitas Air yang dihasilkan dari Sumur Pompa Rumah; (20) Kualitas Septictank Rumah; (21) Drainase / saluran air di lingkungan; (23) Pengelolaan Sampah di lingkungan perumahan; (29) Penyediaan Poliklinik Kata Kunci : Kepuasan Penghuni, Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA), CSI
