Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan, kualitas produk dan kepercayaan terhadap keputusan pemilihan produk perbankan. Data penelitian merupakan data bulanan (Januari 2016 sampai September 2016). Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah incidental sampling dan sample berjumlah 100 Responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kualitas layanan, kualitas produk dan kepercayaan nasabah secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pemilihan produk perbankan. Secara parsial kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pemilihan produk perbakan, kepercayaan nasabah berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pemilihan produk perbankan, sedangkan kualitas layanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pemilihan produk perbankan.This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of service quality, product quality and trust trend purchase choice at Bank. Research data is monthly data (JanuarySeptember 2016). The sampling method used was incidental sampling and The sample amounted to 100 respondents. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. The result showed that service quality product quality and trust customer are having influence to the selection decision of banking product. Partially product quality has influence on the selection decision of banking product, trust has influence to the selection decision of banking product and service quality not have influence to the selection decision of banking product.
