Abstract
This research aim to know Analysis Performance Employees, taken 79 respoden in PT Pratama Galuh Perkasa. As for counted variable pursuant to 3 Factor that is Motivation ( X1 ), Discipline (X2). Style Leadership ( X3),and Performance Employees ( Y). Of factor ( variable ) the isn't it with method research of Linear Regresi and SPSS 15.00. With the technique obtained by result of research as following : Motivation have relation which are positive and isn't it to Performance Employees. Motivation can explain Satisfaction of Employees equal to 0,050 or 5%, while the rest 95,% explained by other variable. Discipline have relation which are positive and isn't it to employees professionalism. Discipline can explain Performance Employees equal to 0,682atau 30%, while the rest 68,20% explained by other variabel. Style Leadership have relation which are positive and isn't it to Performance Employees equal to 0,140 or 14%, while the rest 86% explained by other variable. From conducted research result, to be got result of that most dominant factor which influencing Performance Employees in PT Pratama Galuh Perkasa. is Variable Discipline owning coefficient equal to 0,682, can be taken by conclusion that Discipline give a contribution directly to Performance Employees equal to 68,20%. From calculation analysis is also obtained by value of R2 ( Coefficient of Determinasi ) equal to 0,828. Mean that 82,80% Performance Employees variable will be explained by free variable, that is Motivation, Discipline, Style Leadership. While the rest 17,20% Performance Employees variable will be explained by variable - variable in this research.
