Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara konsep diri dengan prestasi belajar remaja tunarungu di SLB/B. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive. Subyek yang dipakai dalam penelitian (N=30) adalah remaja tunarungu yang bersekolah di SLB/B Pangudi Luhur Jakarta Barat. Data diperoleh dari kuesioner untuk konsep diri subyek dan nilai raport kelas VIII semester 1 periode pembelajaran 20010/2011 SLB/B Pangudi Luhur sebagai data prestasi belajar subyek. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan perhitungan statistik Koefisien Korelasi Product Moment. Hasil analisa statistik data r hitung yang diperoleh sebesar 0,529 yang lebih besar dari pada nilai r tabel sebesar 0,30606 pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 artinya bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara konsep diri dengan prestasi belajar.
