Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Palang Parkir Indonesia Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 40 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Oleh karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menujukan bahwa secara parsial variabel disiplin dan stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji parsial (uji t) untuk menujukan nilai signifikansi dari kedua variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Oleh karena itu, hasil uji pada penelitian ini dapat diterima dengan pernyataan bahwa pengaruh disiplin dan stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Palang Parkir Indonesia Jakarta Barat.This study aims to determine the effect of discipline and work stress on employee performance. The object of this study was employees of PT Palang Parkir Indonesia Jakarta Barat. This study was conducted on 40 respondents using quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the analysis of the data used is the statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regresion. The results of this study addressed that in partial discipline and work stress have a significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced from the results of the partial test (t test) to address the significance of the two independent variables that support the hypothesis. Therefore, the test results on this study can be accepted by the statement that the influence of discipline and work stress have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Palang Parkir Indonesia Jakarta Barat.
