Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi, Disiplin, lingkungan kerja dan komitmen terhadap kinerja sumber daya manusia di PT. KM Mandiri. Data penelitian berdasarkan hasil olahan dari studi kepustakaan dan data primer dari populasi yang berjumlah 70 karyawan, 60 yang layak untuk dijadikan sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil pengujian hipotesis tidak ada pengaruh antara motivasi terhadap kinerja sumber daya manusia. Hasil pengujian hipotesis disiplin kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja sumber daya manusia. Hasil pengujian hipotesis tidak pengaruh antara Lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja sumber daya manusia. Hasil pengujian hipotesis tidak ada pengaruh antara komitmen terhadap kinerja sumber daya manusia. Dari Hasil penelitian menunjukan dari keempat variabel independen hanya variabel displin kerja yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja sumber daya manusia di PT. KM Mandiri.This study was to determine and analyze the influence of Motivation, Discipline, work environment and commitment to human resources performance in PT. KM Mandiri. The research data based on the processed results of the study of literature and primary data of the population of 70 employees, 60 are eligible to be used as a sample. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression. Results of testing the hypothesis there is no influence of motivation on the performance of human resources. Results of hypothesis testing work discipline has a positive and significant impact on the performance of human resources. Hypothesis testing results do not influence the work environment on the performance of human resources. Results of testing the hypothesis there is no influence of a commitment to the performance of human resources. From the results showed the four independent variables only work discipline variable positive and significant effect on the performance of human resouces at PT. KM Mandiri.
