Abstract
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausal yang bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pembelajaran organisasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan serta pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja keuangan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah store manager pada PT.Matahari Department Store Tbk. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, sehingga sampel yang diperoleh adalah sebanyak 55 store manager. Data analisis yang digunakan adalah kualitas data, menilai outer model atau measuremet model, menilai inner model atau structural model dan uji hipotesis. Data diolah menggunakan software IBM SPSS Statistic 20 dan WarpPLS 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara partial variabel kinerja karyawan memediasi pengaruh pembelajaran organisasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja keuangan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji mediasi pengaruh direct effect pembelajaran organisasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja keuangan berpengaruh positif signifikan. Dan pengaruh Indirect Effect pembelajaran organisasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja keuangan positif signifikan dengan nilai koefisien beta turun, kemudian pengaruh pembelajaran organisasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan berpengaruh positif signifikan dan pengaruh kinerja karyawan terhadap kinerja keuangan berpengaruh positif signifikan.This research is a causal research and purporse to examine the effect of Learning Organization and Culture Organization on employee performance and the impact on financial performance. The population in this study is store manager’s at PT.Matahari Department Store Tbk. The sample technique used purposive sampling, so the samples obtained are 55 store manager. Data analysis used is the quality of data, assess outer model or measuremet model, assessing inner model or structural model and hypothesis testing. Data is processed used IBM SPSS Statistics 20 and WarpPLS 3.0. software. The results of this study indicate that partially, employee performance as mediate variables influence Learning Organization and Culture Organization on financial performance. It is evident from the test results of mediation, the direct effect of Organizational Learning and Cultural Organization on the financial performance are positive significant. And the Indirect Effect of Learning Organization and Cultural Organization on the financial performance are also positive significant with beta coefficient down, and then learning organization and culture organization on employee performance positive significant and influence employee performance on financial performance also positive significant.
